Do you offer Embroidery for scrubs, lab coats or chef wear/restaurant uniforms?
Yes, we can embroider your name along with the logo and/or company name.
How long does it take to have an item embroidered after the purchase?
Turnaround time is about 1 week for embroidery. Larger group orders may take longer.
What if you do not have my size, scrub style, or color in stock – can you Special Order an item?
We special order for you at no extra charge; orders are placed with our suppliers on a regular basis and delivery to us is within 1-2 weeks.
What is the timeframe for Special Orders of scrubs, lab coats, and chef wear?
Most orders arrive within 7-10 days. You will be notified as soon as your item arrives.
Do you offer shipping to my location if I special order an item that is not in stock?
Yes, we ship any order to you for small packing & shipping fee. You will be notified when your item has been shipped.
Do you offer Group Discounts to offices and/or schools that purchase in bulk?
Yes, our pricing discounts are based on the quantity of items per order and repeat business.
May we apply for a Group Discount if our office is not currently on your group discount program?
Yes, any office, school, or government agency with a large staff is encouraged to place a larger “group” order and thus qualify for a discounted price; discount based on order quantity.
Do you offer a discount to employees of Northeast GA Health System?
Yes, check with our sales staff for specifics on your group discount.
Do you offer a Payroll Deduction for employees of Northeast GA Health System?
Yes, with your official badge and your approved status, you may elect to have your purchase deducted from your next pay period.
Do you offer a discount to Medical Students?
Yes, check with our sales staff for discount specifics for your school.
What is your return policy?
- Regular Priced merchandise may be returned within 2 weeks for Exchange or Store Credit. Your original receipt is required for all returns. Item must be in original condition.
- No Returns or Exchanges on merchandise that has been worn, washed, or garment tags have been removed.
- No Returns on Sale items that are On Sale (or discounted) or all gift purchases.
Do you carry the Figs brand of scrubs?
The Figs brand is not available in any retail store. We do offer several brands that are nearly identical to Figs scrubs. These styles are similar in fit and fabric content.
